When our client approached us, their e-commerce store had been struggling for months with almost zero sales despite decent traffic and an active social media presence. The website was cluttered, difficult to navigate, and lacked any persuasive elements to convert visitors into customers. Our primary goal was to create a streamlined user experience, optimize conversion points, and generate measurable revenue growth.
We started with a full UX/UI audit of the website, analyzing navigation flow, page load times, mobile responsiveness, and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar. The key pain points were poorly placed call-to-action buttons, unappealing product images, weak product descriptions, and a lack of trust signals such as customer testimonials and guarantees.
